3-5 pound pork roast
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, if desired
Put pork shoulder in slow cooker.
Mix together remainder ingredients and pour over pork.
Cook 6-8 hours on high, turning down after a few hours, if needed
Remove from crock pot and shred.
Put pot juices in saucepan and reduce to syrupy
Mix into pork and serve
