1 Stick Butter (1/2 cup)
1/3 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Packets Ramen Noodles, flavor packets removed
1 Package (4 ounces) Sliced Almonds
1 Package (8 ounces) Dried Cranberries
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt the butter and mix together with the honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Crunch up the ramen noodles and add to mixture.
Stir in sliced almonds.
Spread mixture onto greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool. Granola will harden as it cools.
Chunk up the granola and mix in the dried cranberries.
Serve over yogurt, ice cream, any place you like granola.
