1 Cup Milk
2 Large Eggs
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar and peanut butter until smooth.
Add the salt, baking powder and flour, stirring until smooth.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool slightly and remove from pan.
