Buffalo Chicken Salad

I got this recipe from Pillsbury

8 slices bacon

1 rotisserie chicken

2 teaspoons red pepper sauce

10 ounces romaine lettuce, cut or torn into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1 cup thinly sliced celery

1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes

1 cup ranch dressing

Cook the bacon and chop up into small pieces

De-bone the chicken, and cut up into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle the red pepper sauce over the chicken, stirring to cover as much meat as possible in a large bowl.

Add the lettuce, onion, celery and the cherry tomatoes.

Pour the ranch dressing over it all and stir together.

Top with the crumbled bacon and serve.
